The Story behind Goldshape
Goldshape is a Belgian jewelry company founded by Thomas Patt in 2022.
Inspired by the ancient art of shaping precious metals and the creative possibilities of modern technology, Goldshape was created.
Meet the Founder
In 2019, Thomas Patt walked out of Thomas More High School ready to jump headfirst into the world of design and creativity. After completing a course in creative design and production, his eagerness to learn more about modern technologies led him to explore engineering at KU Leuven. Not wanting creativity to take a backseat during this period, he started his own fashion brand, One-Off Antwerp, marking his first dive into the fashion scene. Soon, he began combining his passion for design and technology by creating his Origin Collection, including both clothing and jewelry.
During the process of designing and making jewelry, he discovered his passion for jewelry design and the endless possibilities within this field. Driven by this passion, his studies took a backseat, and he delved further into goldsmithing and design courses.
After finishing his studies, he decided to split his career path by working as a freelance jewelry designer as well as an innovation engineer. After 2.5 years, he brought his passion for jewelry design and engineering together by creating Goldshape, a company that blends jewelry design with modern technology and introduces innovative ways of designing and creating jewelry in this industry.
Born and raised in the Diamond City, he returned to his birthplace in 2025 to establish Goldshape in the heart of the Antwerp jewelry scene, enabling him to work closely with established names such as Wouters & Hendrix and Salima Thakker.

Where it all began. JewelStudio is the heart of Goldshape, where a passion for handcrafting unique pieces of precious metal meets the possibilities of 3D design and production. By combining these elements, Goldshape offers a truly personalized design experience, using photorealistic renders and 3D prints before production begins. This approach allows you to see and feel your unique piece of jewelry even before we start crafting it.

goldsmiths, jewelers and jewelry brands.
We design both custom pieces and full collections while also offering a 3D printing service in various materials to streamline the design and production process. But we don’t stop there—understanding the importance of high-quality visualizations, we create custom 3D renders to present your designs in the best possible way.
Beyond creating custom designs, DesignStudio also offers a digital collection service, managing 3D files in different sizes to facilitate seamless ordering from multiple casting facilities.
